We are continuing to follow COVID-19 pandemic and are as always striving to provide you with the absolute best care in this rapidly evolving time in our world.
We are providing additional measures to provide for the safety of our patients and our team:
Please inform us of any potential contact with COVID-19 so we can properly triage and plan for your visit
Please inform us if you or your child has any fever or cough or cold symptoms, even if you are scheduled for a wellness visit
NO Walk Ins–NO exceptions–PLEASE CALL or you will be directed to return to your vehicle and call to be phone triaged
Please try not to bring extra siblings or children into the office to help prevent further exposure
Legacy Pediatrics believes that good practice means seeing patients in person when able. At this time, we will offer Telehealth Virtual Visits only on a case by case basis.
Face coverings are required for all parents and patients >4 years of age entering the Legacy Pediatrics building. Please wear it for the duration of the ENTIRE VISIT, including in the room. We are still following CDC and North Carolina regulations regarding masking in healthcare facilities.
Elevated Infection Control and Social Distancing
We are Continuing our enhanced sanitizing and cleaning in between patients as this infection is spread by droplets and oral/fecal secretions
We are striving to get patients to rooms as fast as possible so there will be limited to no waiting room time, so please try to arrive at your scheduled appointment time
To keep everyone as safe as possible and to do our part with containment of this virus we are taking this pandemic seriously. We are taking all precautions necessary to keep our families and team healthy and informed. Please read all signage posted on the doors of our offices as well as up to date information on our website and Facebook pages.
Please be kind and respectful during this difficult and uncertain time. We are doing our best and will continue to be here for you through this!
